I teach therapists in my workshops how to use a seat belt when stretching some of the deep hip flexors in order to help their clients get rid of chronic pain. Seat Belt comes with instructions and photo’s of how to use. Please note – you must purchase a foam pad to use between client and therapist (sold at any fabric store) Details on foam pad included with instructions. DO NOT USE SEAT BELT ON YOUR CLIENT WITHOUT FOAM PAD!
