This enhanced workbook was created by Michael Young, taking into account feedback from past students asking for a more detailed workbook. It includes the self stretches that Michael teaches his own clients to do after he releases their tight muscles. Also included is information on how to isolate deeper muscles when performing the Muscle Release TechniqueSM.
